Booking
To book the apartment, please contact us by sending e-mail to pinogolf@marbellatolet.net (see the contacts page for additional contact information) and we will respond immediately. You can check availability with our availability calendar.
To secure a booking, we ask our clients for a 20% booking deposit, with the balance to be paid eight weeks before you start your holiday. You can pay the deposit and the balance by cheque, bank transfer, or PayPal. You will receive an immediate acknowledgement and receipt for all payments.
When you book the apartment, we notify our management company of the date and time of your arrival. The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive. If you are staying for more than a week, the apartment will be cleaned on the seventh day of your stay, at which time the linen and towels will be changed. The rental cost is the same regardless of how many are in your party, but please let us know how many people are coming so that we can provide sufficient towels and linen.
Key handover
We will make arrangements with you for handover of the keys before you travel. Usually a representative from the management company will meet you at the apartment when you arrive, but if you have special requirements we will do whatever we can to accommodate you -- for example we can send you a set of keys in advance or if you are renting a car at the airport, some companies will hold the apartment keys and give them to you when you collect your car.
Car rental advice
It will save you time and money to book your rental car in advance, and we have repeatedly found that the cheapest car hire is available from CarJet. You make your reservation over the Internet and receive an e-mail confirmation, but you pay at the airport when you pick up your car. For details, see their website, carjet.co.uk..If you don't want the bother of driving to the apartment, we can arrange for you to be collected at the airport. The driver will have the keys of the apartment and he will see you safely inside. The trip from Malaga airport to the apartment costs approximately 70 euro.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change the dates of your stay and the apartment is not already booked for the dates you want to change to, we will be happy to oblige at no cost to you. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we must apply standard cancellation charges, as follows:
