Apartment features
Here is a brief summary of what the apartment has to offer.
Interior
The apartment is on the first floor. It consists of a lounge/dining-room, three bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom, galley kitchen, and a large, south-facing balcony. The apartment is on a corner, so there are windows in all of the rooms. Shutters on the bedroom windows, and marble floors throughout, help the digital air-conditioning system keep the apartment cool and comfortable in the hot Costa del Sol summer weather.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The other two bedrooms are twin-bedded rooms. They also have full-size pull-out beds so they can each accommodate up to 3 people. There is also a travel cot and high chair for babies and toddlers.
The kitchen has every appliance you will need during your holiday - fridge-freezer, washing-machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, and ironing-board.
The lounge/dining room has comfortable sofas, a 25" TV, Sky digibox (BBC, ITV, C4, Sky News, CNN), DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. There is even a cable for you to plug in your MP3 player, and a plug board with UK-style 3-pin sockets.
Two sets of doors lead to the south-facing balcony, which overlooks the pool and gardens.
Exterior
The apartment is located in the quietest corner of the Pinogolf development. The development is surrounded by railings. Residents are provided with keys to the pedestrian gates, which are locked at all times. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, from where a lift leads directly to the door of the apartment.
The development includes two swimming pools, one for toddlers and one for older children and adults.
There is a small shopping centre located next to the Pinogolf development. A small OpenCor supermarket is open until 2am every day of the year. A much larger SuperSol supermarket is across the road, less than a five-minute walk from the apartment.
There are a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the apartment.
